We cook from whole ingredients in our kitchen, beginning each recipe with fresh vegetables and fruits, locally and/or organically grown whenever possible. All of our sauces, spreads, and dressings are made from scratch. Our menu offers healthy selections including wraps and sandwiches, with vegetarian and wheat-free options. Seasonal salads are also available for lighter fare, while our homemade soups are complemented by handmade bread.
Our deli menu changes daily, and also seasonally. While our setting encourages on-the-go folks a chance to pause and recharge, take-out is a popular option. Lunch is available starting at 11:00 A.M.
Perhaps you would like to try one of our fresh-fruit smoothies? Our smoothies are available with your choice of four fresh fruits, and local milk, almond milk, or yogurt. Any of three protein powder options may be added for an extra boost.
And don’t forget, we bake from scratch five different whole grain breads and zweiback, plus treats like wheat-free date bars, biscotti, peanut butter chocolate bars, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and carrot cake.
